Job Summary:
The University Archivist is responsible for overseeing the management, preservation, organization, and accessibility of the university's archival materials. Key Responsibilities:

4. Oversee the arrangement and organization of archival materials using recognized standards, ensuring efficient access and retrieval.
5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive records management program to ensure effective and compliant records retention and disposition.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and administrators, to identify and prioritize archival materials of value and interest to the university community.
7. Provide reference services and support to researchers, faculty, staff, and students accessing archival collections, including assisting with research inquiries and facilitating access to materials.
